I had a great experience with this mechanic shop from start to finish. I dropped my car off yesterday evening, and by the next day around 5 PM they already had everything fixed and ready to go. They replaced my alternator and did an excellent installation job. The customer service was outstanding, especially Lakisha, who was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. The mechanics clearly know what they’re doing — their work was clean, efficient, and done with attention to detail. On top of that, their prices were very reasonable for the quality of work provided. It’s hard to find a shop that combines professionalism, honesty, and great service like this one. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable automotive work!

It I could give this mechanic location 10 stars I would!!!!!!🙏🙏🙏Was traveling through the State of NC and pulled into this amazing mechanic shop. Literally they accommodated me and replaced my crank sensor, which took no time. I was able to get back on the road and had no more issues. Friendly staff and service. I highly recommend this service shop to take care of your vehicle mechanical and maintenance needs.

They always take good care of my Beamer. Walk-ins are accepted, but I usually book an appointment — it’s always better that way because I get seen on time every time. Customer service is great, and I’m usually in and out in under 45 minutes. They do honest work because they’re truly honest people, not just a business. I recommend them 1000 percent.

Yes, Yes, & YES... Mr. MIKE is the MAN!! He got MY 2016 CTS Luxury T2.0 Black Raven riding smooth like new again. It was definitely running rough and needed that tune up and reset. He also fixed a small wiring that needed to be placed near my battery. I like the fact that he checked out my vehicle first before going straight in and fixing what I thought was wrong, quoted me a price and asked what I wanted to do with the different options and pricing along with the priority of need. Price was VERY AFFORDABLE AND REASONABLE...AND He got to my vehicle right away. ✅️ This may have been chanced..but he definitely got me in his back pocket. I am so greatful that I was recommended to him. I trust my vehicle with him at Import Auto Repairs on Murchison Rd. Thank you Mr. Mike and his Work Crew.. Very thorough 💛 💖
